2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup cucumber slices
2 pita bread rounds
2 cans (12 oz total) chunk white tuna, drained
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
Combine tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise and seasonings; mix well. Cut pita bread in half; split to form pockets.
Fill pockets with tomato, cucumber, and tuna mixture.
