Josie Gibson reveals how she lost 6st in a year

The Big Brother winner Josie Gibson  from Bristol shed an incredible six stone over a year.
A combination of a strict diet and exercise regime helped her slim down from 16st 7lb and a size 18 to 10st 2lb.

Step 1

First and foremost you’ve got to learn to love who you are and like yourself. If you don’t like who you are you’re never going to treat yourself with good nutritional meals and you will never think you’re worthy enough to be the best that you can be. 

Step 2

Set a goal, invision it and make sure that image is in your everyday eyesight. As I began my weight-loss journey, I placed an iconic image of Raquel Welch on my fridge to keep me motivated.

Step 3

Prioritise your life. Your diet and fitness should be at the top of the list. A healthy body and mind makes you amazing at everything else in life.
