WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES IN THE GYM?

L.A.: Bench press is my favorite exercise for the chest.
I also love to lift heavy weights when I Squat or Deadlift.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU WORK OUT IN THE WEEK AND FOR HOW LONG?


L.A.: I hit the gym everyday and rest maybe for only 2 or 4 days in the month.
I don’t have any schedule for it, I just listen to my body and i rest when i feel tired.
Thats the whole thing.

WHAT WAS YOUR LOWEST BODYFAT PERCENT +
YOUR FAVORITE MEAL WHEN CUTTING?

L.A.: My lowest bodyfat percent was about 4%, and my favorite meal is when im cutting,
salmon with steamed veggies. You can try it out.
