Cucumber Diet

Cucumber Diet is a tasty and effective way to cleanse your body and lose weight.
Cucumber contains about 95% of water and 5% of dietary fiber. It provides cucumber’s positive effect on digestive system, water and salt balance and metabolic process. An average menu of the Cucumber Diet:

Breakfast: a toast with a bit of butter/ jam, a cup of sugar-free tea/coffee;
Snack (at about 12 o’clock): cucumber salad;
Lunch: one egg and a small piece of rye bread or 2 ounces of stewed/boiled low-fat meat/ chicken breast with a small piece of rye bread;
Snack (at about 4 p.m.): cucumber salad;
Dinner: cucumber salad:
Snack: a big apple/ banana/ pear.
Dieting period: 1-3 days.
Expected weight loss: 2 – 6.5 lbs.
It’s a good cleansing diet but don’t keep it longer than 3 days as your menu doesn’t provide the intake of all the necessary components. Please, consult your physician before you start.
